The Structure
The center shall be headed by Executive Director who shall be responsible for the day to day running of the organization.
The center has a Governing Board who is responsible for policy direction and overseeing the activities and programmes of the center.
The following are the current members of the Governing Board:

Organization structure of CHUSSDEV
The organizational structure of CHUSSDEV is presented in Figure 1. It is headed by the Governing Board under the chairmanship of Professor Oluseyi Fabiyi . The current Executive Director is Mr Kindness Olugbenga
The backbone of CHUSSDEV is the networks of field offices in 21 States of Nigeria and has liaison in South Africa and Zambia. These Offices serves as the hub of programmatic interventions and research support for the policy engagement to society

The budget for running the centre and carrying out its activities is prepared annually and approved by the Governing Board of the centre. The funding of the budget is sourced through resource mobilization programmes of the executive director and the members of the governing board. Specifically the funding for CHUSSDEV activities are from the following:
- Donations and grants from developing partners and government institutions
- Bonds Royalty and proceeds from the center activities, services, training, workshops and products.
- Endowment and research grants from national and international agencies
The Accounts of the center are audited annually by reputable external auditors and are made available to the public on request.
Disbursement of funds and Donations
All funds raised by CHSSDEV are used as follows:
- 75 % for developmental and livelihood improvement Projects
- 10% for Office maintenance and Staff Salary
- 15% for project Sourcing and Policy Support
